I'm with Rand Paul on this. But now it is too late. There are no good or compelling choices. No sides in the ME are without the extremist Islamic factor. Even the Muslim Kurds have a segment that desires Sharia - knocking countries back into the Dark Ages. Bush43 should have let the UN do its work in Iraq in 2003, the occupation was inept. Perhaps with the exception of Cheney's corrupt business alliances who profited greatly in the shadows of the bloody war.
