The article clearly states that overall, Antarctica is gaining ice mass.

A couple of tiny little problems here. One, this study only goes to 2008. The other is that this contradicts data from gravity measurements. One possible reason is that this study measures changes in altitude and estimates ice mass from that. The others measure mass more directly.

There is some criticism of this study for several reasons. Here is what Scientific American has to say.
