Not really. Arctic ice can be measured. It has thinned considerably over the decades. Minimum extent has been decreasing also.

Now, as to GW in general. Don't be a dunce. Winters have been getting shorter summers are longer. Heck, the USDA had to redraw their hardiness zone maps because of it. So it is happening. Now to some, there is a question as to how much humans have contributed to it. The problem is, to take the stance that it has been little to none you have to rip up a lot of physics and chemistry.
