How about setting up a web site that would provide this kind of information you stated. I would help setting up the site if lot of people are interested. Would need some programmers help though, I know some but would need somebody who is good at programming.

One more usefull suggestion for maintaining analysts ratings versus
stock price movement and options put/call ratio.
1) You need to give different weightages to different houses as
some of the established and well knonw houses tend to be conservative
or more manipulative than others. This inherent bias occurs due to their influence on big money customers and direct link to their own
mutual funds and investment departments.

One more reason why they need to keep upgrading and downgrading is
to make sure that trading volume keeps climbing steady. That's
where they make money.

Over all this is a good idea and great thread. Let us exploit this
opportunity given to us by the cyberspace.
