Dailystocks.com has weekly insider info but not with names...just titles.Stocksmart.com now charges but gives the names. I use telescan and can help you out on names and current holdings but that info is not as current. If you use dailystocks,then you could call the company
but if you see e.g, a P then you know it was the pres. Hope this helps.

There is a website offers free info on insiders buy/sell but only gives out capacity, not names, i.e. ceo, cfo, etc.

Bloomberg has specific individuals names. There are functions one can track form 144 filings. You can ask Kevin about it.
