Dexx, maybe it's because I'm a vet of the RMIL wars, but I think we need a lttle more info on WOTD then it's just a "new company".

So let's start with this new info (ie. the name of this new company, which we didn't have just a week or so ago..) and do a little DD.

What is the current status of this "new company"? Are they incorporated? If so where? There must have been some paper work submitted on them somewhere...and if not why? Is the name WOTD just that, a name and nothing more. Or has there been any legal paperwork submitted to create this company...if so we need to review this as soon as possible.

We need to zero in on all the details surrounding WOTD.

Thanks

Thanks for the call dexx. I don't see how non-disclosure clauses
prevent the release of info about a company itself. So this is
looking like a merger between these guys(WOTD) and the aquistion
target with cvia along for the ride as the trading shell. What do these "industry experts" (WOTD) bring to the table other than the
idea to combine a few tire stores into a trading shell? If it's a
recently formed corporation then they don't really have a buisness
either do they? That means to me that all the value is in the third
partner in the deal and we know little about them yet. It also seems to me that since the third partner has the income that they
will be calling the shots as to what form this merger takes on.
I don't know about WOTD being a bunch of independant tire store
owners though as that would seem to be a completely different
merger on its' own. Thanks again,p.b.

Is it possible to find out where this new company was incroporated?
If it is legit there should be no problem furnishing the investors with it. If it is fact information could be gotten from the sate of incorportion. Deleware, and Nevada seem to be favorite states for incoperating a new company.
