AND that is where the money will go because that is where the need is greatest. .......Solar is good wharf - and I just put out a big chunk for some - but when we are all driving a lot, how can we argue with a straight face or any conviction that places in Asia need to control their contributions to GW? Are we to tell people in India to live in poverty forever while we ....."party on". It's hubris and a contradiction.
