Your willingness to suspend beliefs in things unseen have nothing to do with the topical strand. The issue you propose is that a believer cannot also be intelligent, which is false and everyone (but you) knows that. I also know the pyramids did not store grain.....how about you? It is an interesting theory Ben posed 20 years ago, I notice he dropped it after that. From that theory the pyramids, or at least one or more, would have been converted to tombs later. It shows how well he is able to think out of the box. No, I don't think that is what happened.
