Good advise, buying the fulcrum at 1.45 = $6.38 docs, unless I'm calculating something wrong. I guess the funds do not want to show the fulcum on the books at year end and are willing to sell at discount rather that wait around.

Andrew: I took your advice and bought some fulcf (on NASDAQ) on friday (TSE closed). Paid $1US which works out to be a significant price discount as has been discussed on this thread. Any thoughts as to why this price discrepancy exists? Does not appear to be an efficient market! I hope PC docs picks up once the tax loss selling is over. I have held this stock for almost a year.
Regards.
