You can only project your own. And why is the bible so misogynistic???? Most human cultures have been misogynistic. Perhaps all. Greco-Roman paganism was, classical Chinese culture, Indian culture, etc etc etc. Christianity has been a liberating influence for women, which is why women especially gravitated to it in the Roman era. And for that matter most everywhere, including here and now. why isn't Mary revered by E-vans....? She is highly respected, but we don't consider her any kind of intermediary.
