You should understand that we don't all measure our sensibilities by the northeast. The reason you trust the liberal media is because you don't know any better. You're ignorant of the ways of the world because everyone around you is. If you got out more, you would realize that diversity of thought and opinion is a good thing. And you're not getting it from the NYT. Just look at this story on Dr. Ben Carson today. It started out with one lying attack on Carson, ended up with another lying attack on Carson, never actually told the truth in between, and made the liberal media that much less trustworthy. As to Carson, I wouldn't be surprised if he is helped by it. Maybe not, I don't know. But it was an effort to control who becomes president because the NE liberals are fine with turning that decision over to the news media. The more intelligent of us prefer to make these decisions ourselves.
