oh yes when you start talking about Brazil, Argentina and countries like that ........ Argentina had a decade of 500% inflation a year every single year.... back in the 1990's. Brazil has the distinction of defaulting on it's sovereign debt on 3 different occasions during the twentieth century...... one of the big reasons that their government debt has had such a big yield on it.
