The reports have been widespread that various documents that were born classified were emailed. Including some satellite intel covering NK, which under any circumstance is considered classified, and which she, as Secretary of State, should have known.

It is a crime. Whether she'll be charged is another question, and is pretty doubtful. It may be we just get, "FBI declined to prosecute" and that will be the end of it.
