I wouldn't doubt it if RMIL is prohibited from making any announcments unless they are approved by the SEC and the investigation if complete.

The fact that the stock price didn't hold or go up was because SOMEONE SOMEWHERE was selling more than the collective group was buying.

I personally believe the whole story was a fraud. I don't think a short ever existed. I may be wrong, but that's my gut feeling. Or it could be that the short existed but had an agreement with RMIL/OVIS to be compensated for holding (very cheap stock to cover and some additional stock for their time etc..)

Aloha

you still believe rmil will get $10 mil. are you kidding? invest $10 mil in rmil or the brooklyn bridge. the latter has a much bigger payoff.

NOBODY is that DUMB.

I don't think the squeeze would have worked by now even without the nays. My personal belief is that there are other powers at work here and perhaps with all BB stocks which is why if the squeeze was going to work, it should have already. If there were naked shorts out there they could have covered several times over by now.

Perhaps it would have worked if it could have been done in a more private manner by which a small group of private investors could buy shares and order certs without everyone with an internet connection finding out about it.

Just my opinion,
Mesaba
