Thanks; Feline, A lot of rules and potential breaking of those rules on the short sale. One comment is the shorting of stock by insiders. I am aware of many companies that have a strict trading policy of their own company shares.

I am referring to larger companies and the policy is generally
" No employee shall engage in" selling the company's securities short or trading in puts or calls with respect to them.". I would think that termination could be a result of such action.

Do any of these junior Mining companies have such an internal policy ???

Also, If it is not a security regulation for these juniors, it should be, that short selling by declared insiders NOT be allowed. (period).

By the way, it is nice to see some stability around the dollar for DML better than the $.75 from two weeks ago.

Feline: Here's another one for you...Once a company issues options, the insiders will short the option grant into the market...The brokerage firms are covered against the delivery of same...Company makes money and the option grantees get to keep the spread inbetween...PP's work the same way, especially if they are getting close to the end of the hold period...

Basically your right...The insider's have the upper and inside edge...

BTW, I like finding company's that issue options and PP's... The more they do the better...Usually an indication that there will be some sort of activity within the option expirey period...The best ones are the ones that are trading below the option price...Gives you a little bit of an edge (unless they reset them at lower prices)...

Merry Christmas to you and your family....
