>>Does anyone have a clue as to who Robert Simms is?

We spoke on this subject some time ago and is available within this thread. Robert Simms was formerly associated with Black & Company, co-lead TMSR IPO underwriter and TMSRs largest market maker i.e. controlled most of TMSRs float (as of Summer 1997).

>>Robert Simms: +110,950 shares since 3/28/97 (Our kind of Guy!)

Simms cannot be happy with what is happening, esp given the fact Shawn Willard is from same company as Simms, Black & Co., wherein Willard effectively (justifiably) publicly attacked TMSRs corporate finance naievete. Assuming Simms is in the same camp as Willard, he should be on TMSRs Board. Companies with no story, no performance, no growth 1) also trade few shares and 2) are unable to pull off an IPO/Secondary offering...just like TMSR.

SI:High Growth Stocks for 1998 rather opinionated about TMSR as a superior 1998 investment.
