There you go again, Tenchu. This is going to go like it always goes. You post something stupid, I correct you, you send some straw men onto the field, I point it out, you start moving the goal posts, finally you announce victory and go home. The Secretary of State is a member of the cabinet. They advise the president and conduct his foreign policy. That is their main job. Adjunct to that is they supervise the State department. To consider them an employee of the State department takes considerable mental gymnastics. Kudos on that, Tenchu.
