Hello all, i live here in Canada so our rules may be a little different BUT I am gonna ask my question anyhow :) Wouldn't there be some information in your coprerate registry re this "new" company. If you have a corperate registry, as we do here in Canada, you can get the names of all directors of the incorperated company as well as their business and mailing addresses. Just a thought, I assume that if the busniness is based in WA then the coprerate registry for WA would be happy to help (at least thats how it works here - not registered in our province - cant do business from our province - mailing addr and stuff anyhow).
