Not sure what the disclosure rules are for something like this. I'm not either but would guess anything disclosed to potential suitors would also need to be disclosed to shareholders before the next vote (such as revenue, design win updates, etc). The merger vote is Dec. 12 which will be about 3 weeks shy of the end of Q4. If Q4 looks different than the guidance given on Nov. 5, I expect they will need to provide some sort of update before the vote.
