Hi Kid, Yep, two nice signings in the past month. To be honest, I haven't done much DD or talked to the company since October/November when the tourney was moved to March. I've just been following the thread to see what changes, if any, have taken place. Jodi keeps pretty good tabs on updates so I play lazy and let her do the legwork for now.<g> Last I knew, float was two million with 10-15 million restricted for two years. Total authorized 50 million. I do not have confirmation on those numbers however. I do know that the two million float has remained the same as before, but, I can't say for sure about the restricted shares or the total authorized count. Perhaps someone will chime in? BTW TO ALL: I'm unable to login to Parvalu today. Is anybody else having problems logging in to them? Thanx Theo P.S. Kid, shoot me an email.
