I wouldn't touch the money-center banks. They look like they're breaking down today. Look at JPM. The Bank Index is the 3rd weakest today, behind semiconductors and software.

I don't follow Citicorp very closely, but you can't go too wrong with it! Maybe wait for earnings for more clarity??

I am not sure what to make of the Asia problem overall. Sometimes, I think the Street is in denial about this situation, and wants the party to keep going on. Then on the other hand I have to remind myself that exports to the region are only 2.5% of our GNP, etc.

Who knows. January should be interesting though, perhaps more interesting than late October...
