Noram is walking before it is running on this project i cant comment on anything except what is going on Now .i can tell you that all are ducks are in a row .Sharp image is holding up there end of the deal, and as the VLT's are rolling and installtion is a snap. I feel that an increase is possiable . i apologize for not directly answering this question but . We must concentrate on the NOW. We do have news pending which should help you answer this question.
