Carolyn, it's not like when we worked for the airlines..We were on a flight from Italy, they put us on the plane, shut the door and we taxied out..something happened and we had to sit on the plane for five hours, because they wouldn't let us off. We were an overseas airline and we had all gone through customs, etc. Talk about poor excuses. Then after that, we had a nine hour flight...when we got home the plane was a wreck! We were the last flight in so we went through customs fast. The people were all very nice considering..and they didn't even serve drinks...LOL
