The Borg.
The Borg have become a symbol in popular culture for any juggernaut against which "resistance is futile".

Eric,
Or stop letting people in that are not coming for the right reasons. In Germany - those people coming from war torn areas are not coming to Germany to become Germans.

I don't think they have the capacity to think about whether they will or should become Germans, or whether their children will become Germans. They just want to survive.

99% of those refugees are innocent civilians who want to get away from the shit that DAESH (a.k.a. ISIS) is trying to spread. We need to help them out.

The trouble is that 1% of them want to do harm to Westerners, and it's almost impossible to tell the difference.

I really don't have any good ideas for dealing with this conundrum, other than to just deal with the DAESH problem once and for all. But Obama doesn't want to do that. He's so freakin' stubborn, he even called the recent Paris attacks a "setback" instead of an act of war.

That's what frustrates me about the president right now, because he is in INCREDIBLE denial over the cost and risks of keeping our borders open. I'm all for keeping them open, because I still believe the heart and soul of America is in immigration, but that's a choice we cannot take for granted, unlike what the Politically Correct Nazis are doing.
