It looks like Carl Icahn is a 11% owner of CHK. Not sure if he owns any of their debt (maybe Icahn Enterprise owns some of that debt).

------------------------------------------

FWIW, I own UAN and RNF that is owned (82%) by Ichan through the GP CVR Energy, Inc. (CVI). RNF is in a merger offer by UAN for $2.57/cash + 1.04 UAN units for each RNF unit. I have built up a 3% portfolio position (combined) in UAN and RNF shares betting that Icahn will get the RNF facility more profitable when combined w/ UAN's facility & management.

Haha, SFY notes crossing at $14 today. Fido has no inventory though. Yield over 100% broke Fido yield display... :) Might be interesting play again for BK recap, but it's tough to say how much the company is worth in recap.
