My guess is better regulation of offshore investments and their effects on locals, but I am often wrong.

I met the Minister simply by chance at PDAC 2015. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how proactive his attitude seemed regarding mine development and of course I mentioned Great Lakes and again I found he was an enthusiastic guy. I am hoping this announcement does indeed relate to GLK 's permit to operate. We shall soon see. !!!

Just observed every headline of that link to that Ontario Ministry is lead by an actual investment by Gov't and I think that would preclude GLK.
