Well, at least you admit you have no first hand knowledge. But who are your sources? I've read the Bible. I listen to sermons and read material based on the Bible regularly. And as for Islam, I bought and read my own copy of Ibn Ishaq's Sirat Rasul Allah - The Life of Muhammad, translated by A. Guillaume, as my source for info on Mohammed's life. At least what Muslims know and believe about the man Islam says is the ideal Muslim. amazon.com
