Unless you can produce some numbers on that-I highly doubt that. The most secular populations, by far, are in Europe, I think. It doesn't take an orthodox Jew to make a religious person. only 41% of the population is secular (according to this- which is probably close)- and that's not going to win any contests: en.wikipedia.org They do seem to be in the top 10 though- which is higher than I would have thought: news.bbc.co.uk "Under China, the leading top ten most secular countries are (in descending order) Japan, Sweden, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Israel, Vietnam and Germany."
