JR-Kary & Marc: Thanks for the info on AAPL insider(s) trades. Looks like Tevie got a good price. Now my short story. I've been an AAPL shareholder twice. Recently at $13 3/8th (yesterday) and in 7/97 I averaged down to $14. However, I sold my $14 average shares on APPL'e summer '97 rebound, just prior to the Boston MacWorld & Jobs CEO announcement, and resultant trip to high $20s. This time I'm not going to unload so quickly. SF MacWorld is 1/6/98 and Jobs is again out front. He's the key note speaker (?). Also, latter part of Jan '98 is a Internet Conference which should be attended by AAPL (I would assume) ? So the opportunity for good (bad ?) AAPL press is within 3 to 4 weeks. At $13ish I just made a 'bet' that any good AAPL news from the above mentioned venues could theroretically boost this stock. Its just a bet. If not than my $13 3/8th will have to wait. But I'm determined not to exit AAPL again for small change.

BTW: Today I think a 40k plus trade kicked this stock below $13. Any thoughts ?
