OFW thank you for the clarification. We would hope that you would use the balance of your efforts as shareholder of Oilex, if indeed you are a shareholder of Oilex for positive remarks on the net. For further clarification regarding the conviction please be advised that Mr.Burditt voluntarly agreed to the proceedings in order not to be black mailed, extorted , threatned with law suits by a slick group of lawyers representing the Waymans over a transaction that full and competent legal advise was provided for. Mr. Burditt voluntaraly got on the airplane flew to Kansas stood through the proceedings was apologized to after the proceedings by the judge for the inconveinence to his life and was invited by the Judge to come to Kansas to drill some Oil Wells. This conviction is expongable in the near future. it is a non issue as it relates to Oilex other than the fact that Mr. Burditt's private company Phoenix has discussed on previous threads has spent an exorbitant ammount of time money and other resources to assist with the growth of this development stage company. Without his continued support over the next 12 months this company will not survive. I would once again extend an invitation for you to come to Houston, Tx to personally meet Mr. Burditt, the employees of Oilex as well as going to our field operations. Your new friend in houston has now accomplished what he was advised by his attorneys not to do through your efforts. You have placed everthing on the net that he wanted.
