The exaple of Mr. Milken: He was ban by the SEC but they have decided not to pursue it in court (the turnar deal. I Believe the media said it's because of his [Milkan's] deep pockets.). An example of someone who learned from his mistakes. The company is real. I want to see oil coming out of this sinck. From all the reports, ON BLACK AND WHITE, oil does seem to come out of this company. What else are you looking for--a low price? Oil is what will bring this stock up. If the oil flows, the stock will fallow. Why do you think I'm still with the company? As I said, if the company is bed, I would've get out AT ANY PRICE. If you think the COMPANY is bad (fake) then get out the window. We all have problems in life. I hope he learned from his mistake and your lattest post, offie, suggests that he did--to me. Look at Oxford Health (OXFH ???--I'm not sure about the simble) if they can weed out there problems, do you think their stock will recover? (There is the quoestion of insiders selling AT THE HIGHS so they have some lawsuits going on.) Also check Columbia/HCA (COL ???). Seasons greedings to all. Marty

Happy Holidays to all, and especially to my money, flown far away. I only hope it's having a better time than I am, but hey, don't get me wrong; I love this board. I keeps me crying AND laughing. In the immortal words of Marty Rubin: "...A nice exaple can be brought from the case with Michal Milken. He also screwd up with the law and you know what? He was able to halp Turner (??? I'm not sure if Turner was the right company) and recieve a $50M fee accurding to the Wall Street Journal (I cannot remmber the date). He was band by the SEC but there you go. He is STILL a person." And so are we all. I'm not EXACTLY sure what Marty means (ever) but I am sure that on some level he's right: we are people. let's hope the people (us people) have a better '98.
