Well, how about thinking about it first. Complex problems require thought and discussion. I hhave just been thinking of ideas. The main argument against Obama is where were his plans?

If I were in charge of defense, the logical thing to do, IMO, would be to work to safeguard folks within each factions traditional tribal land.

This is mostly a tribal problem. Help people defend their traditional tribal lands and it sure would make the whole problem easier. People are territorial. All the Kurds want is their territory. Richard Engle just said as much. No plans.
