Jeff, who characterized Darby as "crazed right now"? Adele or yourself? I wonder if Mr. Franks would take a call? Noticed a nice round lot of 10,000 go off at 14 5/8, between the bid-ask. Out of 23,000 total, 10,000 in one trade. My guess is not a sell, but who knows. At this point, not even the shareholders.

It appears to me that this business about a letter is either false and we are victims of a hoax or it is true and someone has perhaps violated (intentionally or unintentionally) Ms. McFarlane's confidentiality.
I will not further speculate as to which scenario is more probable.
