He drove them to Isis by disbanding the army and putting the Shia in charge and the Sunnie at the mercy of the Shia, who had little of that. You know the Shia had death squads killing thousands of Sunnie.

That is why the surge worked to the degree it did. The Sunnie were forced to come to us for protection. It has nothing to do with that asshole Petraeus.
