Well one would have thought the religious right here would have extended open arms to Christians being persecuted in Syria/Iraq long before this recent denouement in Paris. Those beheadings wern't enough? We've seen all this happen before. Of course this plays to the GOP's innate love of fear mongering & pandering now, they even start to sound 'presidential' finally, especially in the case of an awakened Jeb Bush. Mass city wide bombing, raising civilian casualty limits, safe zones in Syria/Iraq & keep the refugees there?
