Sonki,

My broker says this appears like Cisco purchased Netsys for stock. Now these shares either already existed (company held - treasury shares) or were issued to buy Netsys. This would only dilute the stock if they paid to much for Netsys. With this "registration" of the shares they (netsys) will now be allowed to sell them.

Hope this helps.

Take Care

Ann

P.S. Maybe yours need to come to Nebraska for some additonal training <gg>

sonki: CSCO public offering of shares

It appears this is a vehicle for those shareholders of Netsys who are holding the CSCO shares as a result of Netsys merger with CSCO to sell CSCO shares to public. I guess this should not cause any dilution of CSCO stock. IMHO
