CIBC/Oppenheimer's upgrade from buy to strong buy just showed up on First Call. This is consistent with JBruin's information - thanks JB. I noted that they made upward revisions to FY97 and FY98 EPS estimates. They have CELL estimated at $0.70 EPS for FY98. First Call latest consensus: 12 analysts are following CELL. 8 recommend strong buy, 4 recommend buy, and none recommend hold or sell. Average wall street recommendation is 1.3 (STRONG BUY), up from 1.4 a week ago. 4Q97 Mean EPS - $0.15, FY97 Mean EPS - $0.47, FY98 mean EPS - $0.68 (up from $0.67 last week).
