Kurt

Over his dead shares in Corel if he doesn't.

The lack of a full board is a clue. The last couple of articles in the Toronto press that were posted here, mostly the quotes from analysts. The message has been delivered. He has to step down from holding all three positions. The question is between step down and blather on about his skill in restructuring the company or taking a forced march out the door.

In better times Cowpland would have filled the Board with cronies and rightly expected the rubberstamp. Why has he not done so this time?

His power is diminished already whether by choice or by unknown pressures being applied.

MHO right now .02 he is forced out completely, .65 we get new CEO or President, .05 we get both new, .28 left for Cowpland retaining all three positions.

Kurt, this is opinion only. I just try to absorb it all, fit it together so it makes sense to me, and regurgitate it back. COSFF was up 1/8 more today in a very down market for tech stocks. Sentiment has turned positive for no published reason.
