This maybe a wise acquisition. The only thing I don't like is that they use stock instead of cash to pay for fulcf. I hope it will go through, because most of my docsf shares have been exchanged for fulcf shares.

This seems to be the capability they have been selling for quite some time in a nice product wrapper. What I find interesting is there are several overlaps in product offerings between DOCSF and Fulcrum. Filenet handled their overlap with Watermark rather badly. It will be interesting to see how these products are brought together or if one will ultimately become the dominant product.
