Um yes. The Chinese have an interest in cracking down on terrorism. But there is no evidence that they have any interest at all in engaging in military action in Syria. In fact, there is plenty of evidence they are avoiding anything like that. Perhaps you might want to provide the evidence they are moving towards greater engagement? Other than that debunked claim on that wingnut site, that is.

And, no. Only the wingnuts agree that the West Point story is reasonable. He was a ROTC cadet. They certainly know that an appointment to an academy is not a full scholarship. Nothing absurd about questioning him now about it. 25 years ago, he wasn't running for president. He was talking to a bunch of fawning groupies. Groupies aren't generally known for being skeptical of their heroes. Being willing marks is more like it. And he certainly milked them,
