Africa was quite capable for thousands of years before interaction and colonization by European powers destroyed the culture and way of life...similar to the natives in the Americas....these imbalances and oppressions happened over hundreds of years and will take more than the few decades of affirmative actions and a small percentage of minorities in power.....if you take law and order and hope and prosperity away as happened in europe during the dark ages ...the White homo sapiens fall into the same if not worse behavior......countries are no longer isolated by distance and the homo sapiens will evolve into a more similiar looking homo sapien eventually....red heads are actually headed for extinction and the dark gene is dominant so tanning booths will be out of business. :-)...as in nature like the white buffalo...white deer......the white man will be a rarity....we will all look like derek jeter lol!
