epicure, you have a lot of insight for one so young :)
bake a loaf of bread. Go for a walk with a friend. Take in a sunset- did you see the sunset tonight? Listen to some beautiful music as you sit in the garden. Pet the cat. Dust a bookcase. Read a book.
I'll take your advice. Can you recommend a budget bread maker? The other items I've already done - except dust a bookcase.
