Of course. That's what he's done for the 30 years. Often the organizing force he calls in the anesthesia guy and tells him what is needed, and the guy responds by saying you should do it this way or that. He calls in the pathologist and says, "I need to be available for a frozen section around 1pm and I will wait on your findings to continue with the surgery." How do you think this works when you are organizing complex surgeries involving numerous professionals?

Carson undoubtedly has more experience with this process than any other candidate. Maybe he isn't as articulate as Rubio but he is better prepared to become president.
