Right, oh substantive and informative one. As usual, Microsoft's filings represent the truth, and to think otherwise is a mental disorder. Ain't just the trade rags that are scratching their heads about this one, unless you count Bill's favorite, The Economist among them.

And do you think that you are better qualified to interpret the legalese better than the legal experts that are being quoted in the trade mags? It seems that, when coming from any source other than MSFT itself, the view of almost every single trade mag, including several that are normally extremely partial to MSFT, seems to be widely held that they are flaunting the court. Not admitting to this fact seems to me to be as blind as those who still say that NSCP clearly has a superior browser when almost every single trade mag review thinks otherwise.
