MRV currently supplies WDM products for fibre-to-the-curb applications. Or am I wrong? Apropos LU, JAN 70 or 75 calls look quite tempting. I think - but am not sure - that LU reports on or about Jan 21. It will be a banner quarter (DSPs!). Accept a higher P/E in exchange for the Bell Labs head-start on the next century? Yes, in my opinion. Which is not to belittle the MRVC track record and a cash hoard that puts the company in the venture-capital business. Ty

But aren't Audi's considered junk? Ahhhh! You have insulted my cars! My one Audi has 225,000 miles, runs like a charm. The other is a 5-cyl turbo that I would put up against any MB or BMW. Also, Volvo's new turbo wagons are using a 5-cylinder motor.
