Pugs:

You seem to be one of the most loyal promoters of this company. I'd like you to comment on the most poignant portion of Tonto's last post.

RMIL through their pr releases has lied to the investing community regarding ownership of 3 factories, that alone is very serious, and done many times. When you add the Pilar del Caribe refurbishing story, the lack of notification regarding being evicted from a factory in Nicaragua,... the company established a pattern of deceit.

It lied to not only the public, but to its owners too. These are not little white lies.

How does it make you feel that the company lied to you, the other shareholders, and the investment community at large through its own press releases?

Given that they've been deceitful via public records, what gives you confidence that they haven't lied to you privately?

Your still sold on the short squeeze. Given that the company has lied before what confidence and verifiable proof do you have that 1.2MM shares are locked up / 144 / etc?

If the 1.2MM number is off there's no squeeze unless RG's missing shareholder count is accurate and they call for their certificates. Assuming it is, which is a huge assumption, how are you going to get the missing shareholders to call for their certificates when you don't know who they are?

Would you and anyone else that's committing to a short squeeze still being on be willing to put your shares in escrow guaranteeing your followers the ability to exit before you if there's a blood bath when this starts to trade again?

TIA,

KMT

I have asked this question at least three times now and nobody has bothered to answer. I think I know why
The Answer is Nothing!

Thre Question is What is the penaltyt to the "Investor" if he/she does not come through with the funding?

I have been advised that the funds are reportedly clearing in N.Y.C.
This is from a corporate source. The clearing aspect makes little sense to me, but, the funds have been reported to me to be in the states. This was over 90 minutes ago, so in that case, the funds should now be in the corporate account. If what I was told is true and accurate.
