Daniel, << David Cole .... further underscore the ... company's position that IE is part of Windows >> I don't get it, maybe I'm just dense, maybe it's the water up here, but why does MSFT want to prove that IE is part of Windows? Do they want an injunction saying they can't ship Windows???? Maybe their strategy is to put the judge in this corner and assume he'll back down. And maybe he will. And they 'win' this battle. But they're losing the war big time. Their whole attitude is like a red flag to the bull. Maybe if they could just integrate the government and the courts into Windows they would be OK.
