Do they want an injunction saying they can't ship Windows???? Maybe their strategy is to put the judge in this corner and assume he'll back down. And maybe he will. And they 'win' this battle. But they're losing the war big time. Their whole attitude is like a red flag to the bull. Maybe if they could just integrate the government and the courts into Windows they would be OK.
