the BK laws are an important part of the capitalist system....risk and reward......just cuz some folks win and some lose does not make it an abomination..... That's ironic. The conservatives have traditionally been staunch a-holes against PERSONAL bankruptcy, and fought it in Congress. Gotta protect their friends at Visa, the big banks and utility monopolies too. Now let me make it clear, AGAIN. I am speaking about STRATEGIC BUSINESS BANKRUPTCY. In other words... Using the GOVERNMENT protective laws as business TACTIC.
