Even if that were true, then it would still not be first degree murder, it may be negligence... put yourself into that situation at night when you're responsible to maintain order and some asshole begins ignoring your instructions to stop, instead he begins to dance and prance around like a smart ass, and then pulls a knife... do you think you would remain calm??? Honestly, I seriously doubt it... you likely would have done the same thing... the only difference here is the zeitgeist of the current public sentiment of those who have no respect for authority, so now a police office trying to do his job has his life ruined because of this... Is a first degree murder charge a fair "punishment" for the officer??? Be honest about it... GZ
