Exactly my point... this is not first degree murder, it may be willful neglect, but not premeditated murder, not by a long shot (no put intended), maybe manslaughter, but not what they're doing now to this guy... realize, that scum kid was a criminal with a lengthy criminal history and was prancing arrogantly towards that officer, and THEN pulled a knife... if he did that with me, I would have also probably emptied my clip... Frankly, if they're charging him with first degree, then he'll probably walk... it's going to be extremely difficult for anyone to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that the officer planned in advance to murder that scumbag... they're being politically correct and as a result of their PC stupidity they've raised the bar so high that they will not be able to get over it and prove their case... GZ
